Privacy Policy

Loci - Tab & Workspace Manager ("Loci", "we", "us", or "our"), developed by Intentify Labs, is built on a strict local-first privacy architecture. This Privacy Policy explains what data Loci accesses, how it is stored, and when data is transmitted off your device.

1. Local-First Data Storage (Default)

By default, all of your workspaces, open and saved tab URLs, tab groups, rich-text notes, favorites, and Time Travel session snapshots are stored exclusively on your local device using Chrome's local storage (`chrome.storage.local`) and browser `IndexedDB`. We do not operate servers that collect or store your browsing history or workspace contents.

2. On-Device AI Processing

All AI features in Loci—including page summarization, workspace cohesion analysis, and duplicate tab clustering—run 100% locally inside your browser using WebGPU/WASM models (`Transformers.js`) or Chrome's built-in on-device AI (`LanguageModel`). Webpage text and tab contents are never sent to external AI servers.

3. Optional Account Authentication & Billing

4. Optional Third-Party Integrations & Widgets

5. Diagnostic Problem Reports & Anonymous Telemetry

6. Data Sharing & Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or browsing information to third parties. Data is never used for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending purposes.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete all local workspace data at any time by clearing extension data in Loci Settings or uninstalling the extension. You can delete Google Drive sync backups from Loci's Sync Settings panel or directly from your Google Account's Manage Apps settings. To request deletion of your Loci account record, email us at hello@intentifylabs.com.
