Welcome to Loci - Tab & Workspace Manager ("Loci"), provided by Intentify Labs. By installing or using the Loci Chrome Extension or website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Service

Loci provides local-first browser workspace management, dashboard widgets, and optional cloud synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any backups of your browser workspaces.

2. Loci Pro Subscriptions & Billing

Loci offers a free tier (up to 5 active workspaces and 3 collections per workspace) and an optional paid subscription ("Loci Pro") billed monthly ($5 USD/month) or annually ($48 USD/year) via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from Loci's Account Settings or by contacting hello@intentifylabs.com.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Loci is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intentify Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of browser tabs, session data, or profits arising out of your use of Loci.
